In science we brought in materials from home to us in our investigation. We explored which materials might work best for making a lifejacket and tested the materials to see if they could float. Then we made a play dough person and explored making a lifejacket for him; we knew our lifejacket worked if it held the person afloat. We also brought in Maths into our investigation by weighing our materials and filling containers.
